CURRENT POSITION(S) AVAILABLE:
HEAVY CONSTRUCTION PIPE FOREMAN
Supervises the layout, assembly and installation of storm drains, sanitary sewer, waterlines and associated structures.
FINE GRADE BULLDOZER OPERATOR
Operates tractor with blade attached across front to excavate, level and distribute earth and to push trees and rocks.
GRADE FOREMAN
Works with Director of Operations and Project Managers to coordinate grading operations and oversee grading crew on-site.
Off-road Articulated Truck for CAT 730
Applicant must be familiar with the machine to conduct daily shift inspections and communicate any signs of disrepair to supervisors. Must have prior experience and a working knowledge of hauling materials in a safe and efficient manner.
Track Loader on Pipe Crew for CAT 963C,D/953D & CAT 924H
Applicant must be familiar with the machine to conduct daily shift inspections and communicate any signs of disrepair to supervisors. Must have experience offloading pipe, manholes and other structures safely. Must anticipate the crew needs and keep stone boxes full. Must be able to safely backfill trenches to promote positive drainage.
Track Excavator on Pipe Crew for CAT 336D, 336E or 320E
Applicant must be familiar with the machine to conduct daily shift inspections and communicate any signs of disrepair to supervisors. Must have a working knowledge of soil conditions, OSHA trenching standards, trench box and manhole box safety.
Fine Grade Dozer for CAT D5G & D3KLGP
Applicant must be familiar with the machine to conduct daily shift inspections and communicate any signs of disrepair to supervisors. Must be able to grade to within a .02’ tolerance. Must be able to read cut sheets and grade stakes as established by supervisors or engineers.
Pipe Foreman
Applicant must be familiar with the utility standards in Stafford County, Prince William County, Fauquier County and Fairfax County. Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience and be able to communicate with Company management and field inspectors. Applicant must be able to read construction drawings and a proven problem solver.
Pipe Layer and Tail Man
Applicant must have a working knowledge of installing storm drains, sanitary sewer, plastic and ductile iron waterlines. Must be able to assist the supervisor in setting up pipe laser and be able to read grades and cut sheets. Must be familiar with OSHA trenching standards, trench box and manhole box safety.
